People were polite and respectful and all the clinic procedures were very clear. The waiting area was perhaps a little crowded and public and it wasn't clear how long I would have to wait.

Nurse Cheryl was very helpful. I have waited quite a while, however, when I got to see the nurse I felt very at peace. Thank you for your care Cheryl.
